1. Do I need to pay a fee to register and onboard on the Talent Community?
It is free to register and onboard for a preferred job role in a Talent Community. There is no limit to the number of registrations and there are no fees at any time.
2. What information do I need to complete the onboarding?
Each job role features its own onboarding process that outlines what information you want to provide to build your professional profile. You decide what information you would like a prospective employer to view. Typically the data includes:
3. If i want work abroad, how do I set the countries I prefer?
During your onboarding session, you have the option to work locally, remotely or move to a new country for work. When selecting the option to work abroad, you can selected your preferred countries and regions. Employers in your nominated countries will see your profile in their list of matched candidates and may contact you for an interview.
4. Can I register and build profiles for multiple job roles?
Yes. You register once to complete your first onboarding for a selected job role. You can then complete an unlimited number of job role onboarding processes to add your profile to those talent communities.
5. What is a Workforce Wallet and how is it personalised for my profile?
When you register and complete a job role onboarding process, all of the data is recorded in your personal Workforce Wallet. When you complete multiple onboarding job role registrations, all of the information is stored in this Workforce Wallet.
6. How will I be contacted by prospective employers?
When an employer views your profile in the matched candidates list they can select your Workforce Wallet to view the information you provided during your onboarding. At this stage, your contact details are hidden from the employer. If an employer adds your profile to their shortlist for the job, your details are displayed and you receive a notification in the platform that lets you know the name of the employer that has added you to their checklist.

Yes. You are in total control of what an employer can view on your profile. During the onboarding process, you can select one or more of the following job types:
8. Can I hide my profile when i am not looking for a job?
Yes. In your Workforce Wallet, select the Availability Tab and change the setting to Not Available.
9. Is my data protected and not shared with third parties?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in the system and only you can change your information. The Data Protection Agreement provides detailed information on how your information is shared with nominated stakeholders. Your data is not shared with unauthorised third parties.
10. Can I update my professional profile in my Workforce Wallet?
Yes. When you create your account you add secure login credentials. Use this login to view your profile and update your profile as needed.
11. How is the upskilling feature customised for me?
Each job role has nominated job role skills. When completing your onboarding you add information on your required skills and/or upload certifications as evidence. We produce a Skills Gap Analysis for each job role and recommend upskilling courses and qualifications that will increase your job role score. Registration in the upskilling courses is optional.
12. Can I edit or delete a job role profile and how can i remove my profile from the Talent Community?
Yes. Login to the Talent Community and edit, update or delete a job role profile. Make yourself unavailable and your profile is removed from the ranked Talent Community lists.
